plantica designed and directed the entire Christmas decorations for Grand Front Osaka, a commercial complex directly connected to Osaka’s Umeda Station. The event, themed “Winter in Blossom,” created a magical atmosphere where the beauty of flowers intertwined with captivating illuminations.

Main Christmas Tree: “Timeless Blossom”
At Knowledge Plaza, an 8-meter-tall Christmas tree titled “Timeless Blossom” stood as the centerpiece. This collaboration between plantica and illumination designer Kimi Hasegawa featured pure white flowers and a dynamic light-up show that changed colors over time, enchanting all visitors.

Water Fantasy: “Floating Blossom”
In Umekita Plaza, “Floating Blossom” illuminated the water’s surface with glowing spherical ornaments. These light installations, responding to the environment, created a mesmerizing and dreamlike Christmas experience.

Giant Christmas Wreath: “Blossom Wreath”
In the underground walkway connected to Umeda Station, a 2.5-meter floral Christmas wreath attracted passersby as a popular photo spot. The vibrant design added a touch of holiday cheer to the bustling corridor.

2016年，与大阪梅田站直通的大型商业综合体「GRAND FRONT OSAKA」举办了「GRAND WISH CHRISTMAS 2016」圣诞活动。plantica 荣幸受邀，全面负责了其全馆的圣诞装饰艺术指导。

当年的活动主题为“Winter in Blossom (冬日花盛开)”。plantica 通过将花卉之美与灯光照明艺术相融合，在整个设施内创造出一个华丽而梦幻的节日空间。

主要艺术装置:

主圣诞树「Timeless Blossom」 (北馆1F Knowledge Plaza)
由 plantica 与日本著名灯光设计师长谷川喜美女士携手打造。这棵高达8米、以纯白色花朵为基调的圣诞树，上演了随时间不断变换色彩的梦幻灯光秀。

水边幻想「Floating Blossom」 (梅北广场)
在广场的水景区域，展示了漂浮在水面上的球形灯光装置。光影与水波相互辉映，营造出如梦似幻的圣诞氛围。

圣诞花环「Blossom Wreath」 (梅田站地下通道)
在与梅田站相连的地下通道中，设置了一个直径达2.5米的巨型花卉圣诞花环，成为往来行人驻足的热门拍照打卡点。
